Developing the company's Marketing Area and the creation of an In-House Agency Model was the biggest challenge.
The creation of the marketing department arose with the strategic demand to improve sales of specific products in a pioneering commercial project. We used direct and indirect sales channels to target potential companies to implement group insurance with reduced costs and higher benefits. I used my experiences of years in the commercial area along with managerial practices with our partners in different areas of communication to create brand positioning, generate Leads and enhance competitive differentials to the brand.
