Mr. Lincoln, a language institute Franchise, began with the dissolution of Number One Idiomas, the former franchiser.
The project started with 4 schools that put together a strategic and business plan in order to set all the rules and structure of the Project.
The first phase encompassed the re-structure of the existing schools to meet the requirements of the new business model and lay-out.
The second phase was to acquired new partners in the franchise model.
Outcome:
In the end of 4 years the franchise had 2000 students and 3 more franchisees joined the group.
